About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Lucknow. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying trends, optimizing business performance, developing dashboards, and delivering data-driven recommendations that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Design, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and data governance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide analytical support.
- Conduct statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling where applicable.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Support strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data environments is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
