Bhavyata Foundation is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually appealing and impactful graphics for various educational initiatives, reports, social media campaigns, animation graphics, website UI/UX, product design, and more.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and create visually compelling graphics for educational materials, reports, and promotional content.
2. Develop engaging graphics, reels, and short videos for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the organization's brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
4. Create animation graphics to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
5. Work on website UI/UX design to enhance user experience and overall aesthetics.
6. Design product visuals ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience.
7. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
8. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
1. Proven proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
