We are seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to lead our building projects from inception to completion. You will manage worksites, coordinate teams, and handle budgets to ensure high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project timelines, scopes, and cost estimates.
- Team Coordination: Lead and assign tasks to general contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Budget Management: Monitor project spending, negotiate vendor contracts, and process change orders.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce worksite safety procedures and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, contracts, drawings, and permits.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools, budgeting software, and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license and relevant safety or management certifications (e.g., PMP)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
