Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer / MEP Manager to oversee the design, coordination, execution, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems of our projects. The role ensures that MEP works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Verify material specifications and oversee procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical support.
- Identify and resolve design or execution-related issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance and safety practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
