Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Program & Product Manager with 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in delivering large-scale, multi-module software products. The role involves owning end-to-end product and program execution—from strategy and planning to delivery and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in software delivery, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional program execution, working closely with engineering teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality products across Desktop, Android, and React-based web platforms that are actively used in real-world operational environments.
Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program and product delivery for complex, multi-module enterprise software solutions.

Own and manage product roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and execution strategies.

Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, UX, operations, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Work with external vendors and internal development teams to manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

Translate business and operational requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Track and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams.

Ensure strong alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technical execution.

Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing new feature development with technical debt.

Oversee delivery of Desktop, Android, and React-based products deployed in production and operational use.

Monitor product performance, user feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and program-level status meetings.

Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Drive process and delivery improvements to enhance efficiency, predictability, and product quality.

Ensure adherence to organizational standards, documentation, compliance, and governance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in program management, product management, or software delivery roles.

Proven track record of managing complex, multi-module enterprise software products.

Strong experience working with both external vendors and in-house engineering teams.

Hands-on exposure to Desktop, Android, and React-based platforms in production environments.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication capabilities.

Experience managing mission-critical, large-scale, or operationally intensive software systems.

Background in coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
