Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Support onboarding formalities and new joiner documentation.
- Update recruitment trackers, HRMS, and employee databases.
- Assist with attendance records and other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
