The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for leading the marketing team, developing strategies, and executing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Oversee digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase enrollments.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or skill development sector.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
