Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist who is responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to the front office and assists in providing support to students, parents, and staffs within the school. They play a crucial role in the day-to-day life of a school by providing a wide range of support to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
2. Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate department.
3. Maintaining student attendance records and processing late arrivals or early dismissals.
4. Providing information to parents regarding school policies, procedures, and events.
5. Coordinating appointments for parents, students, and staff with teachers or school administrators.
6. Assisting in organizing school events, such as parent-teacher conferences or open houses.
7. Managing the school's administrative systems, including data entry and record-keeping.
8. Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the school office.
9. Should possess knowledge about ERP system.
Skills and Qualifications

- Have some experience using ERP tools.
- Have some basic knowledge in using Excel, Word and PPT.
Experience
- Two years of experience as a Receptionist.
- Freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
