15+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
PMP certification required; ITIL v4 certification preferred.
Experience managing global delivery teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

End-to-end Project & Program Management.
Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Enterprise Application Delivery and Digital Transformation.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
AI/GenAI project exposure (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
Infrastructure modernization and enterprise technology programs.
Risk, Issue, Change, and Stakeholder Management.
Budget, Resource Planning, and Delivery Governance.
Strong executive communication and client-facing experience.
Experience leading distributed global teams.
Technical Exposure
Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Trello, Asana.
Enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, networking, and system integration.
API, Web, Mobile, and Full Stack project delivery.
SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD understanding.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple enterprise technology programs from initiation through production.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering, QA, architecture, and business teams.
Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and delivery governance.
Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Mentor project managers and delivery teams.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Fortune 500 clients.
Strong background in enterprise cloud transformation.
Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
