Hiring: Tele caller – Hair & Skin Clinic
CPLSS – Dr. Viral Desai is looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Tele caller to join our Mumbai & Pune clinic coordination team.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage incoming leads for Mumbai and Pune clinics
Guide patients with basic information on hair and skin treatments offered at CPLSS
Schedule appointments and ensure proper lead follow-ups
Maintain and update patient data accurately
Use Excel and CRM software for lead tracking and reporting
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Fluency in English (Hindi/Marathi is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of hair and skin concerns
Working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
Ability to handle patient queries professionally and empathetically
Preferred Conditions (Added):
Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetic, or clinic tele calling preferred
Comfortable with target-based follow-ups
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ethical and patient-first approach
Experience:
1–2 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
