About the Role:
Loopie is a fast-growing retail brand focused on delivering excellent customer experience and quality products. We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at our Pune location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits
- Coordinate with the warehouse and management for stock requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
- 1–3 years of retail/store management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
