We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising, and marketing analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage online marketing activities across multiple digital channels.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities to improve performance and ROI.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for search visibility.
Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and manage social media content calendars.
- Create engaging campaigns across major social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and implement strategies to increase audience growth and brand awareness.
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams to produce high-quality content.
- Manage blogs, landing pages, website content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Segment audiences and optimize email performance metrics.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to improve customer engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Measure KPIs including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and performance campaigns.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

- Certifications in:

- HubSpot Academy
- Meta Blueprint
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or website management is an advantage.
