JOB PROFILE
1. Monitoring of erection, testing and commissioning of Internal and External Electrical, LT and HT Equipment’s.
2. Coordination between Facility & Project for Handover for Operation & Maintenance of Residential Building.
3. 11/33 KV Switch Yard (Transformer oil Type 12.5 MVA & HT Panels)
4. Monitoring of erection, testing and commissioning of DG Sets, Transformer, cooling towers and accessories.
- Coordination with Architect, Consultant, NBCC and NPCL.
- Monitoring of erection, testing and commissioning, of Lifts and Escalators.
- Fire Detection, Fire Alarm and PA system.
- Fire Fighting System which includes sprinklers, fire hydrants (Internal and External) and Fire Fighting Equipment’s.
- Preparing measurement books and Bill checking.
- Comparing of as build drawings.
- Handing / Taking over of Project works and systems.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
