Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Loan & Personal Loan Telecaller to Join our Relationship Manager Team.
The role involves contacting existing & new customers for Business Loan, Personal Loans products , features , queries while maintaining professional and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding Business Loan, Personal Loan Products.
Following up with them over call, whatsapp.
Setting up meetings of the interested clients with Team Leaders.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Fresher & Experience preferred
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Fluency in [insert preferred languages, e.g., Hindi & English.
Customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy.
Salary : INR 30,000 - 50,000 Fixed + Bonus / Incentives
Salary is not a constraint for candidates with good comm skills.
