Job Description We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our business growth and foster lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities.
✓ Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
✓ Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of client requirements.
✓ Negotiate contracts and agreements
✓ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
✓ Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Qualification/Skills:
✓ Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate / institutional / enterprise sales and channel sales will be an added advantage.
✓ Prior experience in Telecom / IT / Office automation – Product / Solution sales is necessary ✓ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✓ Adept at building and nurturing client relationships.
✓ Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✓ Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
✓ Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
✓ Proficiency in using CRM software / MS Office Suite and other sales tools.
✓ Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
