Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination: Plan and execute monthly events, from small founder mixers to large-scale seminars.
Venue & Vendor Management: Identify and finalize venues, negotiate rates, and manage catering, AV, and décor vendors.
On-Ground Execution: Supervise event setup, registration desks, guest seating, and kit distribution.
Member Coordination: Act as the point of contact for members during events; assist with database management and follow-ups.
Logistics & Scheduling: Manage calendars for speakers and board members; handle travel and local hospitality for visiting guests.
Documentation: Maintain event reports, attendance sheets, and basic expense tracking.
Social Media Management - Posting, social media engagement
