We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated HR Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Create and publish job postings on recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all HR activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
- Good spoken and written English and Malayalam.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
