About the Internship
Cook N Klean is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, and professional communication while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Draft and publish job postings on hiring platforms.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation (Any Stream).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
