Qualification:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Registration preferred
Experience:
- 0–5 years
- Freshers can also apply
- OHC / Industrial experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and primary nursing care at site
- Monitor vitals (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO2)
- Assist doctor during consultation / teleconsultation
- Handle workplace injuries and emergency cases
- Maintain employee medical records and reports
- Manage medicine stock and maintain registers
- Support pre-employment & periodic medical checkups
- Maintain daily patient log and documentation
- Coordinate ambulance / hospital referral when required
- Ensure medical room readiness and hygiene
Working Details:
- 26 working days per month
- 4 weekly offs
- 1.5 leave per month (accumulative)
- Shift as per site requirement
- Immediate joining preferred
