Blue Collar Recruitment & Workforce Operations
Location: Olectra Greentech – Shivaji Depot, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Manpower Handling
- Hire drivers and blue-collar employees as per site manpower requirements.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Ensure timely joining and deployment of manpower at the site.
- Maintain proper joining documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors for workforce availability.
Attendance & Workforce Management
- Maintain daily attendance and shift records of employees.
- Monitor absenteeism, overtime, and leave records.
- Ensure proper workforce discipline and reporting at the depot/site.
- Prepare and submit attendance reports to Head Office on time.
ESIC & PF Coordination
- Collect employee documents required for ESIC and PF registration.
- Coordinate employee onboarding formalities and compliance documentation.
- Ensure accurate employee data entry and timely submission.
- Follow up for corrections or pending documentation.
Salary & HR Operations Support
- Send employee details, attendance records, and compliance documents to Head Office for smooth salary processing.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams regarding employee updates.
- Support grievance handling related to attendance, salary, PF, and ESIC.
- Maintain confidential employee records and reports.
Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with site managers and Head Office HR team.
- Prepare manpower status reports and recruitment updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
- Understanding of PF, ESIC, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure at operational sites.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience Executive
- 1–3 years of experience in blue-collar hiring or HR operations.
Assistant HR Manager
- 4–8years of experience in recruitment, workforce management, attendance handling, PF/ESIC coordination, and payroll support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
