About Us
Jagatmitra Foundation is a rapidly growing organization operating across multiple verticals including Healthcare, Legal Services, Technology, Social Welfare, Education, Digital Solutions, and allied businesses. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our human resource functions and build a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all verticals.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and implement KPI-based evaluation systems.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Support directors and department heads in manpower planning.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and organizational culture across all departments.
- Build employer branding strategies and campus hiring initiatives.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (experience in multi-business organizations preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HRMS, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
