- Lead the Quality Control and Metallurgy team to ensure consistent steel quality across Induction Furnace, LRF, VD, and CCM operations.
- Monitor chemical composition, temperature control, and process parameters to meet customer and quality requirements.
- Ensure proper testing and analysis through Spectrometer, Mechanical Testing, and Metallurgical Laboratory.
- Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and product rejections, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, SOPs, inspection standards, and audit compliance.
- Qualification: Graduation
