About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Travel Executive with hands-on experience or strong knowledge in planning and designing domestic travel itineraries across India. The ideal candidate should be able to create well-structured tour programs, understand destination logistics, and communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create customized domestic travel itineraries for popular tourist destinations across India.
- Develop detailed tour programs, including sightseeing plans, transfers, hotel options, and activity suggestions.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and service providers to ensure best pricing and quality services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations, package PDFs, and final confirmations.
- Manage client communication throughout the booking lifecycle.
- Ensure accuracy in itinerary details, costing, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience or strong knowledge in Indian domestic travel planning.
- Understanding of major tourist circuits (e.g., Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, Kashmir, North East, etc.).
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel categories, sightseeing points, and travel logistics.
- Ability to work with accuracy and meet timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF creation) preferred.
Education
- Minimum Graduation.
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism is an advantage.
