We are an e-commerce service provider network offering end-to-end solutions to help businesses succeed on online marketplaces. We have our own proprietary product and we're looking for driven Sales Executives to help us grow our customer base through both telesales and field sales.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our in-house product to prospective clients through a mix of telephonic outreach and on-ground field visits. You'll work under the guidance of a Team Manager who will support you with leads, training, and ongoing direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through tele-calling and field visits
- Pitch and sell our e-commerce service product to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the Team Manager
- Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and conversions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and basic AI tools used in the sales process
- Collaborate with the team to share market feedback and improve sales strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales (field or telesales)
- Prior experience selling SaaS products is required
- Strong "catching power" — quick to grasp client needs, objections, and pitch adjustments on the fly
- Comfortable working with AI tools as part of the sales workflow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work both in the field and over calls
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus
