Adapt writing style and tone based on the target audience, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
Craft compelling headlines, introductions, and conversion-driven CTAs (calls to action) to enhance engagement.
Use storytelling and data-backed insights to make technical topics more relatable and digestible.

Performance Analysis Content Optimization
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and engagement metrics to assess content effectiveness.
Refresh and update older content to maintain relevance, improve rankings, and align with algorithm changes.

Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to align content with SEO and UX best practices.
Provide SEO training and guidelines to content creators to ensure content is structured for search visibility.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer, preferably in the technology or B2B sectors.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, engagement, and technical accuracy.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, multimedia, and technical teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in content.
Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console Google Analytics and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience writing about call center technology or related industries is a plus (e.g., telecommunications, SaaS).
Basic knowledge of HTML and familiarity with website structure is a plus.
