About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent with a valid IATA certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in travel bookings, ticketing, itinerary planning, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international travel bookings.
- Manage flight reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and amendments.
- Assist clients with travel itineraries and travel-related inquiries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with travel regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel process.
Requirements
- Valid IATA Certificate (Mandatory).
- Experience in travel bookings, ticketing, and reservation systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
