Qualifications
- M.Sc. / Master's Degree in Physics
- Relevant academic qualifications as per institutional requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of teaching experience
- Previous academic experience in a recognized educational institution is preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Physics and related subjects
- Excellent teaching and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and effective manner
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong academic and student mentoring abilities
- Ability to prepare lectures, academic materials, and assessments
- Passion for teaching and supporting student development
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and engaging Physics lectures
- Prepare lesson plans and academic teaching materials
- Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and examinations
- Guide and mentor students in their academic development
- Maintain academic records and documentation
- Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities
- Stay updated with developments in the field of Physics
