Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving vehicle sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets within the dealership. The role involves team supervision, performance monitoring, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for 4-wheeler vehicles
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Ensure maximum retail penetration and conversion of inquiries into sales
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share
2. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Sales Executives
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching
- Ensure discipline and productivity within the team
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalations and critical customer issues
- Maintain follow-ups for leads, inquiries, and post-sales service
- Build long-term customer relationships
4. Lead Management
- Track and assign leads effectively to team members
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads
- Monitor digital, walk-in, and referral leads
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments for smooth delivery
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
6. Market Intelligence
- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and offers
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably 4-wheeler segment)
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory

Additional Requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
