Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
- Prepare onboarding and induction materials.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update employee databases and HR management systems.
- Assist in preparing letters, forms, and HR reports.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Help gather employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
Administrative Support
- Maintain attendance and leave records as required.
- Assist in filing and organizing HR documents.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹100.00 per month
