Key Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, including society activations, corporate tie-ups, kiosks, roadshows, canopy activities, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for seamless campaign execution.
- Generate quality leads through channel partners and ground marketing initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
- Track campaign performance, maintain MIS reports, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Ground Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in channel partner sourcing and relationship management.
- Experience in executing BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
