Role Summary
Lead jewellery design and manufacturing, driving product innovation, production efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L, production output, and margins
- Lead design, product development, and collections
- Oversee manufacturing, quality, and gold utilization
- Ensure compliance and hallmarking via Bureau of Indian Standards
- Optimize cost, wastage, and turnaround time
- Align with sales for demand planning and product mix
- Lead and build high-performing teams
Requirements
- Degree in Jewellery Design / Manufacturing / Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years in jewellery design and manufacturing
- Strong production, design, and commercial expertise
- Proven P&L leadership

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
