Job Description:
IosAndWeb Technologies is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, writing effective proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Write customized and compelling proposals to clients
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
- Coordinate with the internal development and design teams to understand project scope
- Maintain a record of bids, leads, and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in freelancing platform bidding
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing
- Ability to generate quality leads and convert them into projects
- Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and client handling

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
