Your Mission
You will own the talent ecosystem, partnering closely with our leadership and sales teams to bring in the builders of our future.
- Own the Pipeline: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle—from sharp, task-based job descriptions and deep sourcing to seamless onboarding.
- Brand the Journey: Actively champion our story on LinkedIn and AmbitionBox, ensuring our reputation matches our ambition.
- Unearth Talent: Run employee referral campaigns, partner with specialized headhunters, and host high-energy campus walk-in drives for fresh interns.
- The Filter: Conduct rigorous first-round screens assessing core values and competencies, coordinate technical rounds, and maintain a pristine recruitment database.
- Keep Score: Utilize Zoho CRM , People & Recruit, LinkedIn, and Indeed to manage data and deliver sharp, weekly pipeline reports to the management team.
Who You Are
- The Connector: A natural storyteller with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills in English.
- The Foundation: A Post Graduate with an HR specialization and 6 months to 2 years of high-impact recruiting experience (a background or keen interest in Sales is highly preferred).
- The Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and deeply curious about the practical, human side of HR concepts.
