Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure quality control and adherence to standards
- Track attendance and performance of workers
- Report delays, risks, or incidents to management
