Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or factory operations
Job role:
The person will be responsible for managing complete factory operations including daily production, supervising workers, production planning, maintaining product quality, coordinating dispatch, monitoring inventory and raw material, maintaining records, and coordinating with sales and management teams. The candidate should also work on improving workflow and reducing wastage.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred (any stream). Minimum 3 years hands-on factory experience required. Should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage production activities independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
