Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calls: Contacting prospects to promote products/services and handling incoming calls to resolve customer queries.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching services, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining client databases and recording call details in the CRM system.
- Following Up: Following up with prospects on a regular basis to nurture leads. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
