Job Title : Global Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (OH & IH) programs across global sites.
- Develop and implement risk-based medical surveillance and employee health monitoring programs.
- Drive industrial hygiene exposure assessments covering chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.
- Establish and maintain OH & IH standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance on risk mitigation, engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE practices.
- Lead audit readiness, compliance reviews, self-verification, and assurance activities related to OH & IH.
- Analyze occupational health and industrial hygiene data, trends, and governance reports for leadership teams.
- Support incident investigations, exposure risk assessments, and corrective action planning.
- Collaborate with HSE teams, site leadership, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Promote a strong culture of occupational health, wellbeing, and operational safety.
Requisites
- Degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Environmental Health, Medicine, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIH, COHN, ROH, SAIOH, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong expertise in Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene programs and risk assessment practices.
- Knowledge of OH & IH regulations, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Experience in exposure science, hazard identification, and industrial hygiene monitoring.
- Strong understanding of engineering controls, PPE programs, and workplace health standards.
- Experience in audit management, compliance reporting, and governance reviews.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams in complex operational environments.
