Job description
Responsible for creating an excellent learning environment for students, enabling them to achieve intellectual, emotional, and academic growth in the field of Economics.
Responsible for Planning, Teaching and Class Management for senior secondary classes (XI & XII).
Responsible for Monitoring, Assessment, Recording, Reporting and Curriculum Development in Economics.
Special emphasis on real-world economic concepts, case studies, and skill-based learning.
Experience in differentiated and collaborative learning methodologies.
Responsible for delivering Economics lessons in accordance with the prescribed CBSE/ISC curriculum.
Able to integrate current economic developments, practical examples, case studies, and real-life applications into lesson plans.
Identify and select appropriate teaching methods and instructional resources to meet diverse student needs.
Mark and monitor students’ work regularly and set clear targets for academic improvement.
Assess and record student progress systematically and maintain accurate academic records.
Enforce discipline and maintain appropriate standards of student behavior within the classroom and school premises.
Implement school policies while coordinating with students, parents, and colleagues.
Should have strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Possess thorough knowledge of Economics (Micro & Macro Economics, Indian Economic Development, Statistics).
