We are looking to hire enthusiastic, clear and confident speakers to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills and love talking to people, this is the perfect role for you.
In this position, there is zero cold calling. You will only be reaching out to people who have already expressed interest in our programs. Your main goal is to connect with these warm leads, understand their needs and qualify them for the next steps of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads who have already inquired about our program.
- Ask specific, screening questions to determine if the prospect qualifies for our offerings.
- Explain the basic benefits of the program clearly and confidently to keep the prospect engaged.
- Accurately record the customer’s responses and update their status in our simple CRM/database.
- Transfer qualified leads to our senior sales team or book them for a follow-up appointment.
- Meet daily call volume and qualification targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
- Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type while talking.
- A positive attitude, high energy and resilience.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus, but highly motivated freshers with great speaking skills are encouraged to apply!
