- Minimum 3+ year's experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution.
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
- Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics.
