Job Summary
The Office Staff is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative activities, maintaining employee and client records, preparing reports, coordinating with field staff, and supporting smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Prepare deployment sheets, salary inputs, and statutory documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, field supervisors, and security personnel.
- Maintain office files, registers, and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Support billing, invoice preparation, and record management.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office records and compliance documents.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Experience in administration, HR, or office operations preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
