Telecaller (Fresher / Experienced)

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
Office Timings
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, or sales are preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain MBBS abroad programs, admission procedures, and university options.
- Counsel students based on their requirements and answer their queries.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counselling sessions with the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead updates.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Build professional relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Team player with a professional approach.
