A Junior Merchandiser supports the merchandising team in coordinating orders, communicating with buyers and suppliers, and ensuring that production progresses according to the agreed timeline and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior merchandisers in managing customer orders.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, and production records.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Track the status of sampling, fabric, trims, and accessories.
- Monitor production schedules and follow up on delivery deadlines.
- Ensure materials are available on time for production.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update ERP or Excel reports.
- Communicate with quality, planning, production, and logistics teams.
- Support sample development and approvals.
- Help resolve order-related issues and report delays to senior management.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and merchandising processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in garment merchandising (fresh graduates may also be considered).
