We are looking for a candidate for Office Administrator in our office in Masjid Bandar E.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Handle GST paperwork, supplier bills, and basic accounting-related documentation.
- Draft, review, and send emails professionally while maintaining accurate communication records.
- Maintain and update records in Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with office coordination, scheduling, and operational support.
- Work closely with management to support internal processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate, aged 23-35 years.
- Good with computer work
- Good English communication (spoken & written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to draft and manage professional emails.
- Willing to travel to Masjid Bander for work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
