We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our sales team for our upcoming real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads through calls, walk-ins and marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, pricing and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM data.
- Coordinate with documentation and accounts teams for booking formalities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of real estate sales process

- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
