Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers (beauty, skincare, lifestyle).
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content, posting schedules, and approvals with influencers.
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads).
- Maintain influencer database and reports
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
- Write engaging captions and respond to comments and DMs.
- Monitor insights and improve content performance.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Influencer marketing or social media marketing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram trends and short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Creative, organized, and execution-focused.
