Core Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Assess client preferences, evaluate medical history, and check for contraindications (e.g., allergies, pregnancy) before services.
- Perform Treatments: Administer a variety of spa services such as deep tissue massages, hot stone therapy, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in treatment rooms by sterilizing tools, cleaning equipment, and changing linens between appointments.
- Product Sales & Up-selling: Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products (e.g., lotions, oils) to clients to enhance their home care routines.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain detailed, confidential records of client sessions, track product inventory, and manage daily appointment schedules.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensing/Certification: Completion of vocational training programs and possession of state or local massage therapy/cosmetology licenses (where applicable).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or transport equipment/supplies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, a soothing demeanor, and the ability to listen and adjust pressure or techniques to suit client feedback.
- Professionalism: High standards of personal grooming, confidentiality, and time management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,129.59 per month
