Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Kannada or a related subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Master's degree (M.A. in Kannada) is preferred.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (freshers may be considered if otherwise well-qualified).
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Kannada to high school students following the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Assess student progress and maintain academic records.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and faculty activities.
- Foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written Kannada.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools is an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
