Job Title: Team Lead Catalog Quality
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead Catalog Quality to oversee the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product catalog data. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for catalog auditing, data integrity checks, process improvements, and ensuring customer-facing information meets brand and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of catalog quality analysts or associates.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Catalog Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products listed on the platform meet internal quality guidelines (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, categorization, etc.).
- Drive and monitor catalog audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Establish SOPs and QC processes to maintain and improve catalog accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with catalog content, merchandising, product, and tech teams to fix catalog issues and optimize listings.
- Act as a bridge between the catalog operations team and internal departments to resolve catalog-related queries.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track catalog KPIs (error rate, turnaround time, SLA adherence).
- Generate reports on quality trends, root cause analysis, and improvement plans.
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual errors.
Experience: 5+Yrs
Work Mode: WFO (9-6pm)
Work Location: Chennai.
