- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products for babies, kids, and mothers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage product displays and ensure merchandise is arranged as per company standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and stock audits.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and membership schemes.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the Store Manager.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
